Planted Provisioning is fully compliant with the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act (MRTMA), the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act (MMMA), and all other relevant state regulations. All cannabis products are sold in accordance with Michigan state law. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable cannabis laws and regulations in Michigan. Any attempt to purchase cannabis products by individuals under the age of 21 (or 18 for medical patients) is strictly prohibited and may result in reporting to law enforcement.
