- 1Where are your Planted dispensaries located?
We have three locations in Michigan:
- Whitmore Lake: 9545 Main St, Whitmore Lake, MI
- Flint: 1960 W Hemphill Rd, Flint, MI
- Bay City: 3967 N Euclid Ave, Bay City, MI
- 2I'm from out of town, can I purchase cannabis legally?
- Yes! Out of town customers can purchase cannabis legally from our recreational (adult-use 21+) menu. Planted follows all state laws for allowable purchase limits. For out of state medical patients, please reference the Licensing and Regulatory Affairs website for visiting qualified patient guidelines.
Ordering & Payment
- 3How does Planted delivery and curbside work?
- Delivery, curbside, and in-store pickup are available at all three locations. We encourage online ordering through our website for the most up-to-date inventory. For curbside, you can also call our dedicated curbside phone number to place an order.
- 4Can you order online?
- Yes! We encourage customers to shop online as products can sell out quickly. All transactions and promotions will be finalized in store at the register.
- 5Payment and Dispensary Entrance Identification
- Both medical and recreational customers must provide valid ID. Recreational customers need proof of 21+ ID. Medical patients need their Michigan medical marijuana card plus ID. We have ATMs in-store and also accept credit and debit cards.
Products & Services
- 6I'm new, can you help me choose cannabis products?
- Our expert budtenders are here to help! Whether you're experienced or a complete beginner, we'll guide you to the right products. Need more help? Email cannabiscoach@plantedprovisioning.com for cannabis coaching information.
- 7Do you offer products with no THC?
- Yes! We offer a full line of THC-FREE CBD products for humans and pets. Options include creams, tinctures, sunscreen, lip balm, edibles, vapes, and more. Our experts can recommend products to meet your holistic goals.
- 8Can I purchase MED and REC?
- Yes! We serve both medical patients and recreational (21+) customers. Menu items may vary between medical and recreational. Adult-use customers pay a state-mandated excise tax, and all customers pay the 6% state sales tax.
- 9How do I know the cannabis product is safe?
- All products are tested by licensed 3rd party labs and entered into the state-monitored METRC database. Product safety is our top priority. Ask our budtenders for more information or visit the Michigan Regulatory Agency website.
