Hello, Planted Faithful!

My name is Alex Martin, and I am the Marketing Director for Planted Provisioning, as well as the sole developer of our updated site. Before joining the Planted team earlier this year, I was one of the founders and the Director of Operations for Lemonati Family Farms, where I dedicated myself to delivering an enjoyable and exceptional cannabis experience to consumers from all walks of life.

At Planted, our number one value is to provide you and all our guests with an exceptional cannabis shopping experience. While we pride ourselves on executing this goal at our Bay City, Flint, and Whitmore Lake locations, we realized we were falling short of delivering this experience to our online customers.

While we would love for everyone to stop by, say hello, and have a more personal interaction with our amazing budtenders, we understand that visiting in person isn't always accessible for everyone or may not align with your schedule. That's why we're thrilled to present this updated site to you today.

Streamlining our online shopping experience was the top priority when I approached this project. Our guests should now be able to navigate our online menu seamlessly, easily identify available promotional offers for each product, and, after filling your cart with goodies, proceed to the Dutchie checkout screen in a snap.

The ability to quickly grab the products you want and check out was a much-needed improvement, to say the least. But what about our guests who want to take their time, browse, and soak up all the information they can about a product? We've been tirelessly working to update all the information in our product catalog to provide our guests with every possible detail about our offerings. You'll now find extensive cannabinoid information directly from the product testing results, as well as terpene information when available. Over the next month, we'll also be updating our product pictures with images of products as they appear in our locations.

Our new site now also offers an account page, where our guests can find all their previous order information if they've checked out using the email they signed up with. Next month, we'll also introduce order tracking for our delivery customers. Additionally, coming in September, the account page will include a loyalty rewards portal where you can easily view your current loyalty points, past redemptions, and any exclusive coupons or deals offered to our text and email subscribers.

Planted Provisioning wants to connect with our guests, and we want our guests to connect with us. If you're reading this blog, you've stumbled upon our revamped community section. This section will feature periodic blogs like this one, as well as our previous podcast episodes. On that note, I'm extremely excited to announce that our podcast will make its long-awaited return at the end of September!
