As a Delivery Driver at Planted Provisioning, you'll be the mobile face of our brand, bringing premium cannabis products directly to our customers' doors. You'll ensure safe, timely, and professional delivery service while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver cannabis products to customers within designated delivery zones
- Verify customer identity and age compliance at every delivery location
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete all required documentation
- Handle cash transactions securely and process payments using mobile POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the Planted brand professionally
- Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding cannabis transportation
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper storage of cannabis products during transport
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Assist with inventory management and product preparation for deliveries
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Smartphone with GPS navigation capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous delivery or transportation experience
- Cannabis industry knowledge and experience
- Customer service or retail experience
- Familiarity with local area and efficient routes
- Michigan Medical Marijuana Card holder
- Cash handling experience
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends

- Use secure storage containers for cannabis products during transport
- Complete safety training and certification programs
- Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately

- Proper ID verification and age compliance checks
- Accurate tracking and documentation of all deliveries
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Follow company protocols for cash handling and security
