Budtender

As a Budtender at Planted Provisioning, you'll be the face of our brand and the cannabis expert our customers rely on. You'll help customers navigate our extensive product selection while providing exceptional service and education about cannabis products, effects, and consumption methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations based on customer needs
• Educate customers about cannabis products, effects, dosing, and consumption methods
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all products including flower, concentrates, edibles, and accessories
• Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash responsibly
• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company policies
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Assist with inventory management and product receiving
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
