This was my first delivery from Planted Provisioning. Owen was such a big help and very patient with me, he even offered to help me with tech difficulties. As far away from the store as I am (about an hour)and on a busy holiday weekend, the driver (I didn't get his name) was actually early, and very kind. My overall experience was excellent and I will definitely order from them again 🙂
